vicious Wargs to raid the outlying villages of Rohan. Huge wolf-like carnivores, nearly as tall as a horse, the Wargs were consumed by a bloodlust their Orc masters were barely able to contain and control.

offered the wretched Gollum the choice of joining serving as their guide, his kindly manner appealing to the gentler nature of the hobbit Smeagol, whom Gollum had once been before the Ring enslaved him. This
kindness caused Gollum to waver in his original, murderous resolve, and began a debate raging in his twisted and troubled mind.

with the Balrog of Morgoth. Unbeknownst to all however, the duel that began on the bridge was far from over. Falling for an impossibly long time,
Gandalf and the Balrog fought as they plunged below the Bridge of Khazad-Dum, the righteous light of Gandalf pitted against the consuming fire
and enveloping shadow of the Balrog.
