Full-Sized Lord of the Rings Swords - The Fellowship

Each member of the Fellowship of the Ring had a weapon to carry, and Aragorn had three seperate swords attached to his name in the Lord of the Rings Movie
Trilogy. While not all members of the Fellowship had a replica produced, the most important weaponry were all made by various companies such as United
Cutlery, Noble Collection, and Rubies. Here you will find multiple versions of
the Sting Sword (Frodo and Bilbo Baggins), Narsil and Anduril (Aragorn, plus his Ranger
Sword), Glamdring (Gandalf), as well as the swords of Boromir and Sam Gamgee.

While the members of the Fellowship had more notable weaponry, others in the films had weaponry worthy of replication. The swords of the Witch-King,
ringwraiths (Nazgul), and the Uruk-Hai scimitar are all memorable weapons on the side of Sauron. Replicated for the side of good are such weapons as Hadafang
(Arwen), the swords of Eowyn, Theoden, Isildur, and more. Once again these weapons were replicated by United Cutlery and Rubies, and one version of Orcrist
made by the Franklin Mint.

Lord of the Rings Letter Openers & Miniature Weapon Sets |
Lord of the Rings Miniature Swords / Weapon Sets

The full-sized versions of the Middle-Earth weaponry is certainly the most impressive, but some of the most obtainable and nicest collectibles were the
miniature versions of them. Most notably the miniature weapon sets made by Sideshow Collectibles which are fine display pieces made with exceptional
craftsmanship. Also found here are the "letter-opener" versions of the
major swords (Anduril, Glamdring, Narsil, Sting, etc.) made by United Cutlery and the repackaged Noble Collection versions
of all of the most important Lord of the Rings Swords.

Most of the members of the Fellowship of the Ring had exceptional and memorable swords to carry, but Gimli and Legolas were far more remembered for
weapons of a different type. Gimli was never without some version of axe (sometimes multiple versions at once) and Legolas, like all the Elves of
Mirkwood, preferred his bow. This is not to say they had only these weapons, Legolas also had a very nice set of knives. The Gimli axe in particular was
produced in multiple versions by multiple companies; United Cutlery made the finest, followed by a decent Noble Collection version of a Gimli Axe, and a costume version by
Rubies. Of course, how could you be expected to spot a wizard if he wasn't carrying a staff? United Cutlery produced very nice versions of the staffs of
both Gandalf and Saruman. Also found on this page ar the toy versions of the Uruk-Hai crossbows and a set of collectors knives made by the Franklin Mint.

Lord of the Rings Shields & Scabbards |

The Movie Trilogy had some memorable other armaments beside
the weaponry. Beautiful versions of the Lord of the Rings Shields; High Elven and Gondor Shields, were made
by United Cutlery. Smaller display pieces of the Lord of the Rings shields were also produced by the
esteemed WETA Workshop. Also, many of the more important weapons came with
replicas of their associated scabbards. Anduril, Sting, Glamdring, and the
fighting knives of Legolas each had replica scabbards made to sheath them.
