On advice from Gandalf the Grey, young hobbit Frodo Baggins of the Shire, was to set out on a perilous quest, first to Bree, then on Rivendell, and ultimately to Mordor. There will be no time at which he will be safe from the spies of Sauron. Pursued by the Nazgul (Ringwraiths) until Rivendell, Frodo Baggins believes he will be relieved of his charge. It is at the Council of Elrond that Frodo Baggins himself realizes his Ring is his burden alone. Frodo must trust in his eight companions that comprise the Fellowship of the Ring, to protect him and the One Ring from the forces of both Mordor and Isengard that pursue him, while only the strength of his own heart could save him from being corrupted by the ring itself. This Frodo Baggins statue depicts the young Hobbit clutching at the One Ring.

A kindly old Hobbit, Bilbo Baggins was surprisingly sprightly for his years, due in no small measure to a mysterious ring he guarded ever since it came to him in Gollum's Cave under the Misty Mountains beneath the High Pass. Now firmly settled into his Bagshot Row Hobbit-hole for many years, perhaps an adventure was due to him. So it was that Bilbo Baggins set his mind on seeing the Lonely Mountain and Rivendell again. It was planned that on the occasion of his eleventy-first Birthday Bilbo would leave the Shire forever. But as Sauron and a new age of darkness threatened Middle-earth from Mordor, Bilbo came to accept Gandalf's wise counsel, and left Bag End and the ring on to his nephew, Frodo Baggins. This Bilbo Baggins Statue depicts the Shire Hobbit as he delivers his birthday speech beneath the Party Tree.

An ancient and powerful wizard, sent by the Valar in the Second Age, Gandalf the Grey was a guide and mentor to all of Middle-Earth, and most importantly to Frodo Baggins on his quest to destroy the One Ring of Sauron in Mordor. It was at the Council of Elrond in Rivendell, that Gandalf the Grey would be appointed one of the nine members of the Fellowship of the Ring. Deep in wisdom and foresight, Gandalf was first to discover the true nature of Bilbo Baggin's ring while it was still reasonably safe in the Shire. Once Gandalf discovered the truth he took it upon himself to orchestrate the forces of light against the evil of both Sauron and Saruman. This Gandalf the Grey statue portrays the underlying might of the wise wizard as seen in Lord of the Rings.

Once in Rivendell, it was at the Council of Elrond that Boromir would join the Fellowship of the Ring as a representative of his people. It was at Amon Hen that Boromir would succumb to the calling of the Ring, and he would try to take it from Frodo after his pleas failed. Confronted then by a company of Uruk-Hai sent by Saruman, Boromir would fight bravely in the defense of the two young Hobbits, Merry Brandybuck and Pippen Took. His body would be sent over the Falls of Rauros in a traditional fashion. This Boromir Son of Denethor statue depicts the Gondor Captain, hand on hilt, ready to defend the Hobbits.

Monarch of Rohan, and uncle to Eowyn and Eomer, King Theoden ruled the Mark from his throne in Meduseld. By way of the poisonous words of Saruman's servant Grima Wormtongue, Saruman was able to subvert and poison Theoden's mind, essentially ruling Rohan by proxy. For quite some time Rohan despaired, it's best warriors were killed or banished, plunging Rohan into darkness and despair. It was in Lord of the Rings; The Two Towers, with the arrival of Aragorn, Gimli, Legolas, and the newly promoted Gandalf the White, that Theoden was exorcised of Saruman's influence. Restored to health and soundness of spirit, King Theoden banished Wormtongue from his hall and helped lead his people to victory in Helms Deep. This King Theoden statue nicely portrays the new-found strength of this King of Rohan.

Gimli, son of Gloin, and a dwarf of Erebor. It was Gimli who accompanied his father to Rivendell for the Council of Elrond. Many tidings weighed heavy on the minds of the dwarves in Erebor. One of the major concerns was the lack of news from Balin's company, who were trying to re-open the Mines of Moria. Once at the Council, it was Gimli who was chosen to represent the race of dwarves within the company of The Fellowship of the Ring. Taken from the Helms Deep battle in The Two Towers, the essence of Gimli is captured in this amazingly detailed 1:6 scale Gimli, Son of Gloin statue. The display base has been etched with the map of Middle-Earth that includes the Lord of the Rings movie logo, character's name and sculptor's signature. The opening scenes of Lord of the Rings; The Two Towers were about the pursuit of Merry Brandybuck and Pippen Took, who had been taken captive by Saruman's Uruk-Hai at Amon Hen. Seeking to rescue their friends, Aragorn, Gimli, and Legolas will pursue the two Halflings across the plains of Rohan. Having ventured far into Rohan in very little time, the three companions cross paths with the recently banished Eomer and his Riders of Rohan. Suspicious of the three, but sensing they were not the enemy, Eomer lends them two horses. To Aragorn he gives Hasufel, and to Legolas and Gimli he gives Arod. This Legolas and Gimli on Arod Statue captures the two riding together on horseback, as they battle the Uruk-Hai bred by Saruman. An unlikely pair, the Elf and Dwarf are friends in spite of any enmity between their peoples. With complete trust in one another’s abilities, they fight side by side to defend the refugees of Rohan, whom the traitorous Saruman's Orc and Warg ravagers have fallen upon at Helm's Deep.
